Further information
In this special supervised open studio class you will have the chance to work on projects or pieces you’ve always dreamed of, but have perhaps felt nervous about starting on your own. Alternatively it could be a great opportunity to go back over techniques you have learnt before, so you can grow in confidence. As we know in ceramics, practise really does make “perfect”.
In this class you will have the chance to work on your projects with the help and support of an experienced teacher.
There will be no specific structure to this class and it is a good idea and opportunity to come with ideas of what you want to make. The teaching and support will be tailored to the individual or group.
After the class, you will leave the pieces with us to be finished. We will take care of firing and glazing them in a selection of our beautiful earthy toned glazes. If you have experience with glazing, you can also collect them at a bisque stage to glaze them yourself.
The pieces will take about 3 weeks to be finished and we will notify you by email when they are ready to be collected.
Please note that we can only keep pieces 2 months after you have been notified.

Cancellation policies
By booking a class or open studio session you agree with the following policies.
- Classes are non-refundable but you can rebook to a future class, provided you give at least 7 days notice from the class date, in writing. This means that you will be issued a voucher that you can use to book a future class. We cannot make any exceptions. Classes are time and day specific events so they are not refundable, like a ticket for a movie or a concert.
- You are allowed to transfer the class to someone else if you can't make it, but that still means the above policy would apply. Open studio sessions are not transferable.
- Our studio is for adults (18+)
- In case the event cannot take place, we will reschedule it and you will be issued a voucher to use again.
